What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging with tags intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate wear cannot be returned.
How should I care for my herbal-dyed clothing?
To preserve the natural dyes and fabric integrity, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild, pH-neutral detergent and drying in the shade.
